Ingredients:

Banana Blossom
 Black Beans
Pepper
Sugar
Lemon
Salt
Garlic (chopped)

Our pork humba (sorry guys we forgot to put the banana blossom)

Step 1:
Place the cubed pork in a bowl and put the ingredients like 1 teaspoon of salt, pinch of pepper, chopped garlic, banana blossom, ¼ cup of lemon juice, and ½ teaspoon of black beans and mix them together.

Step 2:
If you have a pressure cooker, cook it for 20 minutes then transfer it to a frying pan and let it simmer until it becomes dry. Then ready to serve and is best if syou have a soft drinks with it.
